वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-61, verse-6

एतस्मिन्निहते सैन्ये वानराणां तरस्विनाम् ।
यो यो धारयते प्राणांस्तं तमाश्वासयावहे ॥६॥
6. etasminnihate sainye vānarāṇāṃ tarasvinām ,
yo yo dhārayate prāṇāṃstaṃ tamāśvāsayāvahe.
