महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-29, verse-62

ते त्वनुज्ञाप्य राजानं भृशं शोकपरायणाः ।
जग्मुर्दूरं महाराज कृपप्रभृतयो रथाः ॥६२॥
62. te tvanujñāpya rājānaṁ bhṛśaṁ śokaparāyaṇāḥ ,
jagmurdūraṁ mahārāja kṛpaprabhṛtayo rathāḥ.
62. te tu anujñāpya rājānam bhṛśam śokaparāyaṇāḥ
jagmuḥ dūram mahārāja kṛpaprabhṛtayaḥ rathāḥ
62. mahārāja te tu śokaparāyaṇāḥ bhṛśam rājānam

62. O great king, Kripa and the other warriors, deeply overcome by sorrow, took leave of the king (Duryodhana) and departed to a distant place.
