महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-29, verse-61

दुर्योधनस्तु तच्छ्रुत्वा तेषां तत्र यशस्विनाम् ।
तथेत्युक्त्वा ह्रदं तं वै माययास्तम्भयत्प्रभो ॥६१॥

61. O Lord, upon hearing that from those glorious individuals there, Duryodhana, saying "So be it," indeed immobilized that lake by means of his mystic power (māyā).
