महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-33, verse-19

ततः प्रहस्याधिरथिर्विधुन्वानः स कार्मुकम् ।
भित्त्वा भल्लेन राजानं विद्ध्वा षष्ट्यानदन्मुदा ॥१९॥
19. tataḥ prahasyādhirathirvidhunvānaḥ sa kārmukam ,
bhittvā bhallena rājānaṁ viddhvā ṣaṣṭyānadanmudā.

bhittvā bhallena rājānam viddhvā ṣaṣṭyā anadat mudā
19. tataḥ adhirathiḥ saḥ prahasya kārmukam vidhunvānaḥ
bhallena bhittvā ṣaṣṭyā rājānam viddhvā mudā anadat
19. Then Adhirathi (Karṇa), laughing aloud and brandishing his bow, split (Yudhiṣṭhira's defenses) with a bhalla-tipped arrow, then pierced the king with sixty (arrows) and roared with delight.
