कर्ण कर्ण वृथादृष्टे सूतपुत्र वचः शृणु ।
सदा स्पर्धसि संग्रामे फल्गुनेन यशस्विना ।
तथास्मान्बाधसे नित्यं धार्तराष्ट्रमते स्थितः ॥११॥

11. Karṇa, Karṇa, O you of misguided vision, son of a charioteer, listen to my words! You always compete with the glorious Arjuna in battle. And thus, standing firm in the opinion of Dhṛtarāṣṭra's son, you constantly torment us.
