महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-19, verse-55

पदातीनां तु सहसा प्रद्रुतानां महामृधे ।
उत्सृज्याभरणं तूर्णमवप्लुत्य रणाजिरे ॥५५॥
55. padātīnāṁ tu sahasā pradrutānāṁ mahāmṛdhe ,
utsṛjyābharaṇaṁ tūrṇamavaplutya raṇājire.

ut-sṛjya ābharaṇam tūrṇam ava-plutya raṇa-ajire
55. tu sahasā mahā-mṛdhe pra-drutānām padātīnām

55. But suddenly, of those foot-soldiers who had fled in the great battle, having abandoned their ornaments, and quickly leapt down onto the battlefield...
