महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-266, verse-18

यैरियं सवना साद्रिः सपुरा सागराम्बरा ।
विचेतव्या मही वीर सग्रामनगराकरा ॥१८॥
18. yairiyaṁ savanā sādriḥ sapurā sāgarāmbarā ,
vicetavyā mahī vīra sagrāmanagarākarā.

18. O hero, this entire earth, with its forests, mountains, cities, and with oceans as its garment, including its villages, towns, and mines, is to be thoroughly searched by them.
