आधिव्याधिविलासेन समाश्वासेन संसृतेः ।
हेयादेयप्रयत्नेन चेतो गच्छति पीनताम् ॥ ६० ॥

60. Through the sport of mental (ādhi) and physical (vyādhi) afflictions, by the solace found in worldly existence (saṃsāra), and by the effort to either reject or accept things, the mind becomes engrossed.
