व्यापित्वेन तथैवाग्ने नभसि त्वं व्यवस्थितः ॥३९॥

39. jale dravastvaṃ bhagavāñjavarūpī tathā'nile .
vyāpitvena tathaivāgne nabhasi tvaṃ vyavasthitaḥ.

jale dravaḥ tvam bhagavan javarūpī tathā anile
vyāpitvena tathā eva agne nabhasi tvam vyavasthitaḥ

39.
You, the divine one (Bhagavān), are liquidity in water and the form of swiftness in the wind. Similarly, you are pervasiveness in fire and established in the sky.
