हीनस्वार्थं पाण्डवेयैर्विरोधे हत्वा कर्णं धिष्ठितार्थो भवाद्य ॥६४॥

Today, having slain Karṇa—who is wicked-souled, evil-minded, cruel, constantly ill-disposed towards the Pāṇḍavas, and whose own welfare is diminished by his enmity with the Pāṇḍavas—become one who has accomplished his purpose.
