महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-50, verse-21

एवमुक्तोऽब्रवीत्पार्थं केशवो राजसत्तम ।
शक्तोऽस्मि भरतश्रेष्ठ यत्नं कर्तुं यथाबलम् ॥२१॥
21. evamukto'bravītpārthaṁ keśavo rājasattama ,
śakto'smi bharataśreṣṭha yatnaṁ kartuṁ yathābalam.
21. evaṃ uktaḥ abravīt pārthaṃ keśavaḥ rājasattama |
śaktaḥ asmi bharataśreṣṭha yatnaṃ kartuṃ yathābalam
21. rājasattama bharataśreṣṭha evaṃ uktaḥ keśavaḥ
pārthaṃ abravīt asmi śaktaḥ yathābalam yatnaṃ kartuṃ
21. Thus addressed, Keśava (Krishna), O foremost of kings, said to Pārtha (Arjuna): "O best among the Bhāratas, I am able to make an effort to the best of my ability."
