स पौरवं रथशक्त्या निहत्य छित्त्वा रथं तिलशश्चापि बाणैः ।
छित्त्वास्य बाहू वरचन्दनाक्तौ भल्लेन कायाच्छिर उच्चकर्त ॥६४॥

64. sa pauravaṁ rathaśaktyā nihatya; chittvā rathaṁ tilaśaścāpi bāṇaiḥ ,
chittvāsya bāhū varacandanāktau; bhallena kāyācchira uccakarta.

64. He, after striking down Paurava with a chariot spear, and also after cutting Paurava's chariot into tiny pieces with arrows, then severed his (Paurava's) two arms, which were smeared with excellent sandalwood, and cut off his head from his body with a broad-headed arrow.
