बलं त्रिगुणतो हीनं योध्यं प्राह बृहस्पतिः ।
परेभ्यस्त्रिगुणा चेयं मम राजन्ननीकिनी ॥६३॥

63. Bṛhaspati declared that an army which is three times inferior is suitable for combat. And O King, this army of mine is three times larger than the opponents' (army).
