महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-54, verse-45

शरव्रातैस्तु भीष्मेण शतशोऽथ सहस्रशः ।
द्रोणद्रौणिकृपैश्चैव गन्ता पार्थो यमक्षयम् ॥४५॥
45. śaravrātaistu bhīṣmeṇa śataśo'tha sahasraśaḥ ,
droṇadrauṇikṛpaiścaiva gantā pārtho yamakṣayam.
45. śaravrātaiḥ tu bhīṣmeṇa śataśaḥ atha sahasraśaḥ
droṇadrauṇikṛpaiḥ ca eva gantā pārthaḥ yamakṣayam
45. Indeed, by Bhīṣma, with hundreds and thousands of arrow-volleys, and also by Droṇa, Droṇi (Aśvatthāmā), and Kṛpa, Pārtha (Arjuna) will surely meet his death.
