महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-297, verse-73

यथा कुन्ती तथा माद्री विशेषो नास्ति मे तयोः ।
मातृभ्यां सममिच्छामि नकुलो यक्ष जीवतु ॥७३॥
73. yathā kuntī tathā mādrī viśeṣo nāsti me tayoḥ ,
mātṛbhyāṁ samamicchāmi nakulo yakṣa jīvatu.
73. yathā kuntī tathā mādrī viśeṣaḥ na asti me tayoḥ
| mātṛbhyām samam icchāmi nakulaḥ yakṣa jīvatu
73. As Kuntī, so Mādrī; there is no difference between the two of them for me. I desire equality for both mothers. O yakṣa, may Nakula live.
