महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-13, verse-35

अनारमन्तो निघ्नन्तो महास्त्रैः शतघातिभिः ।
न हन्याम वयं तस्य त्रिभिर्वर्षशतैर्बलम् ॥३५॥
35. anāramanto nighnanto mahāstraiḥ śataghātibhiḥ ,
na hanyāma vayaṁ tasya tribhirvarṣaśatairbalam.

35. Even if we were to continuously engage in battle, striking with powerful weapons that can slay hundreds, we would still not be able to destroy his army (balam) even in three hundred years.
