महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-13, verse-22

प्रियाण्याचरतः प्रह्वान्सदा संबन्धिनः सतः ।
भजतो न भजत्यस्मानप्रियेषु व्यवस्थितः ॥२२॥
22. priyāṇyācarataḥ prahvānsadā saṁbandhinaḥ sataḥ ,
bhajato na bhajatyasmānapriyeṣu vyavasthitaḥ.
22. priyāṇi ācarataḥ prahvān sadā saṃbandhinaḥ sataḥ
bhajataḥ na bhajati asmān apriyeṣu vyavasthitaḥ
22. Even though we perform favors, are always kinsmen (saṃbandhin), are good, and are devoted (bhakti), he, being engaged in disagreeable matters, does not favor us, who are humble (prahva).
