O lord of men (manujādhipa), the Self-Existent (svayambhū), the all-pervading Spirit (viśvātmā), of immeasurable splendor (amitaprabha), having accepted them, engages them with soothing words (sāntva), honors (māna), wealth (artha), and enjoyments (saṃbhoga).
