महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-11, verse-37

महाभागानमितधीर्ब्रह्मा लोकपितामहः ।
दयावान्सर्वभूतेषु यथार्हं प्रतिपद्यते ॥३७॥
37. mahābhāgānamitadhīrbrahmā lokapitāmahaḥ ,
dayāvānsarvabhūteṣu yathārhaṁ pratipadyate.
37. mahābhāgān amitadhīḥ brahmā lokapitāmahaḥ
dayāvān sarvabhūteṣu yathārham pratipadyate
37. Brahmā, the grandfather of the worlds (lokapitāmaha), possessed of immeasurable intellect, and compassionate towards all beings, receives and treats those greatly revered ones (mahābhāgān) appropriately.
