यदा तु पीडितो राजा भवेद्राज्ञा बलीयसा ।
त्रिधा त्वाक्रन्द्य मित्राणि विधानमुपकल्पयेत् ॥३२॥

32. When a king is oppressed by a more powerful king, he should call upon his allies in three ways and then devise a suitable plan.
