महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-69, verse-13

एवं विहन्याच्चारेण परचारं विचक्षणः ।
चारेण विहतं सर्वं हतं भवति पाण्डव ॥१३॥
13. evaṁ vihanyāccāreṇa paracāraṁ vicakṣaṇaḥ ,
cāreṇa vihataṁ sarvaṁ hataṁ bhavati pāṇḍava.
13. evam vihanyāt cāreṇa paracāram vicakṣaṇaḥ
cāreṇa vihatam sarvam hatam bhavati pāṇḍava
13. vicakṣaṇaḥ evam cāreṇa paracāram vihanyāt.

13. In this way, a wise person should thwart the enemy's espionage by means of their own intelligence. O Pāṇḍava, everything that is thwarted by intelligence is truly defeated.
