महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-69, verse-27

सुतं च स्थापयेद्राजा प्राज्ञं सर्वार्थदर्शिनम् ।
व्यवहारेषु सततं तत्र राज्यं व्यवस्थितम् ॥२७॥
27. sutaṁ ca sthāpayedrājā prājñaṁ sarvārthadarśinam ,
