चिरं धारयते रोषं चिरं कर्म नियच्छति ।
पश्चात्तापकरं कर्म न किंचिदुपपद्यते ॥७१॥

71. One should restrain anger for a long time, and likewise control one's actions (karma) for a long time. (By doing so) no action causing regret will arise.
