ब्रह्मैवाज्ञातमज्ञत्वमभ्यागतमिव स्थितम् ।
तथा हि दृश्यते स्वप्ने चेतसात्मात्मनात्मनः ॥ ४५ ॥

Brahman (brahman) itself, though inherently unknown, appears to exist as if it has become ignorance. Indeed, just as in a dream, the self (ātman) is perceived by its own consciousness, as if by itself, pertaining to itself.
