विण्मूत्राशयमावृत्य प्रजास्वन्तर्गतः प्रभुः ।
रुरोध सर्वभूतानि यथा वर्षाणि वासवः ॥४९॥

rurodha sarvabhūtāni yathā varṣāṇi vāsavaḥ.

49. The Lord (prabhu), residing within creatures and encompassing their physical bodies, confined all beings, just as Indra (Vāsava) restricts the rains.
