वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-35, verse-45

तदास्य धावतो रूपमैरावतजिघृक्षया ।
मुहूर्तमभवद्घोरमिन्द्राग्न्योरिव भास्वरम् ॥४५॥
45. tadāsya dhāvato rūpamairāvatajighṛkṣayā ,
muhūrtamabhavadghoramindrāgnyoriva bhāsvaram.
45. tadā asya dhāvataḥ rūpam airāvata-jighṛkṣayā
muhūrtam abhavat ghoram indrāgnyoḥ iva bhāsvaram
45. tadā asya rūpam dhāvataḥ airāvata-jighṛkṣayā
muhūrtam ghoram bhāsvaram indrāgnyoḥ iva abhavat
45. At that time, his form, as he was rushing with the intention of seizing Airāvata, became terrifying and radiant for a moment, like that of Indra and Agni.
