वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-56, verse-131

बद्धस्य बहुभिः पाशैर्यन्त्रितस्य च राक्षसैः ।
न मे पीडा भवेत् का चिद्दिदृक्षोर्नगरीं दिवा ॥१३१॥
131. baddhasya bahubhiḥ pāśairyantritasya ca rākṣasaiḥ ,
na me pīḍā bhavet kā ciddidṛkṣornagarīṃ divā.

131. Even when bound by many fetters and held captive by (rākṣasas), I felt no pain (pīḍā) whatsoever, as I was eager to see the city by day.
