मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-63, verse-55

दत्त्वा विद्यां ततः कन्यां स दातुमुपचक्रमे ।
तमाह सा तदा कन्या जनितारं स्वरूपिणम् ॥५५॥
55. dattvā vidyāṃ tataḥ kanyāṃ sa dātumupacakrame .
tamāha sā tadā kanyā janitāraṃ svarūpiṇam.
55. dattvā vidyām tataḥ kanyām saḥ dātum upacakrame
tam āha sā tadā kanyā janitāram svarūpiṇam
55. After imparting knowledge, he then began to give his daughter [in marriage]. At that time, that daughter spoke to her beautiful father.
