मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-63, verse-49

यन्मयोक्तमवश्यन्तद्भावि गन्धर्व नान्यथा ।
किन्तु त्वं राक्षसो भूत्वा पुनः स्वं प्राप्स्यसे वपुः ॥४९॥
49. yanmayoktamavaśyantadbhāvi gandharva nānyathā .
kintu tvaṃ rākṣaso bhūtvā punaḥ svaṃ prāpsyase vapuḥ.
49. yat mayā uktam avaśyam tat bhāvi gandharva na anyathā
kintu tvam rākṣasaḥ bhūtvā punaḥ svam prāpsyase vapuḥ
49. O Gandharva, what I have said will certainly happen; it will not be otherwise. However, having become a demon, you will regain your own form (vapus) again.
