मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-63, verse-54

मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
इत्युक्त्वा प्रददौ विद्यां स च दिव्याम्बरोज्जवलः ।
स्त्रग्भूषणधरो दिव्यं पुराणं वपुरास्थितः ॥५४॥
54. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca .
ityuktvā pradadau vidyāṃ sa ca divyāmbarojjavalaḥ .
stragbhūṣaṇadharo divyaṃ purāṇaṃ vapurāsthitaḥ.
54. mārkaṇḍeyaḥ uvāca iti uktvā pradadau vidyām saḥ ca
divyāmbarojjvalaḥ sragbhūṣaṇadharaḥ divyam purāṇam vapuḥ āsthitaḥ
54. Mārkaṇḍeya said: Having spoken thus, he imparted the knowledge (vidyā). And he, radiant with divine garments, adorned with garlands and ornaments, had assumed a divine, ancient form.
