मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-63, verse-32

स्वरोचिश्चिन्तयामास दृष्ट्वा तं समुपागतम् ।
गृह्णात्वेष वचः सत्यं तस्यास्त्विति महामुनेः ॥३२॥
32. svarociścintayāmāsa dṛṣṭvā taṃ samupāgatam .
gṛhṇātveṣa vacaḥ satyaṃ tasyāstviti mahāmuneḥ.
32. svarociḥ cintayāmāsa dṛṣṭvā tam samupāgatam
gṛhṇātu eṣaḥ vacaḥ satyam tasya astu iti mahāmuneḥ
32. Having seen the approaching demon, Svaroci reflected: "Let him accept as true the word of the great sage (mahāmuni); may it be his (fate)."
