महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-67, verse-66

तं चतुर्दशभिः पार्थो नाराचैः कङ्कपत्रिभिः ।
साश्वध्वजधनुःसूतं विव्याधाचिन्त्यविक्रमः ।
रथं चान्यैः सुबहुभिश्चक्रे विशकलं शरैः ॥६६॥
66. taṁ caturdaśabhiḥ pārtho nārācaiḥ kaṅkapatribhiḥ ,
sāśvadhvajadhanuḥsūtaṁ vivyādhācintyavikramaḥ ,
rathaṁ cānyaiḥ subahubhiścakre viśakalaṁ śaraiḥ.

66. The son of Pṛthā (Arjuna), of inconceivable valor, pierced him (Sudakṣiṇa) with fourteen iron arrows feathered with kanka bird feathers, along with his horses, banner, bow, and charioteer. And with many other arrows, he shattered his chariot.
