महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-67, verse-65

सा ज्वलन्ती महोल्केव तमासाद्य महारथम् ।
सविस्फुलिङ्गा निर्भिद्य निपपात महीतले ॥६५॥
65. sā jvalantī maholkeva tamāsādya mahāratham ,
savisphuliṅgā nirbhidya nipapāta mahītale.

65. That (spear), blazing like a great meteor, reached that great charioteer (Arjuna) and, tearing him apart with sparks, fell to the ground.
