महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-67, verse-46

वरुणस्त्वब्रवीत्प्रीतो ददाम्यस्मै वरं हितम् ।
दिव्यमस्त्रं सुतस्तेऽयं येनावध्यो भविष्यति ॥४६॥
46. varuṇastvabravītprīto dadāmyasmai varaṁ hitam ,
divyamastraṁ sutaste'yaṁ yenāvadhyo bhaviṣyati.
46. varuṇaḥ tu abravīt prītaḥ dadāmi asmai varam hitam
divyam astram sutaḥ te ayam yena avadhyaḥ bhaviṣyati
46. tu prītaḥ varuṇaḥ abravīt asmai hitam varam divyam
astram dadāmi yena ayam te sutaḥ avadhyaḥ bhaviṣyati
46. Varuṇa, pleased, then said, "I give this beneficial boon to him: this divine weapon, by which your son will become invincible (avadhya)."
