पुनश्च निशितैर्बाणैः पार्थं विव्याध पञ्चभिः ।
तं पार्थो नवभिर्बाणैराजघान स्तनान्तरे ॥२३॥

23. And again, he pierced Pārtha (Arjuna) with five sharp arrows. Pārtha (Arjuna) then struck him in the chest with nine arrows.
