महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-60, verse-69

यं श्रुत्वा पुरुषः सम्यक्पूतो भवति पाप्मनः ।
सर्वज्ञतां च लभते गतिमग्र्यां च विन्दति ॥६९॥
69. yaṁ śrutvā puruṣaḥ samyakpūto bhavati pāpmanaḥ ,
sarvajñatāṁ ca labhate gatimagryāṁ ca vindati.

sarvajñatām ca labhate gatim agryām ca vindati
69. By properly hearing this (account), a person becomes completely purified from sins, attains omniscience, and achieves the highest state.
