महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-60, verse-50

तयोरेव स्वसा देवी लक्ष्मीः पद्मगृहा शुभा ।
तस्यास्तु मानसाः पुत्रास्तुरगा व्योमचारिणः ॥५०॥
50. tayoreva svasā devī lakṣmīḥ padmagṛhā śubhā ,
tasyāstu mānasāḥ putrāsturagā vyomacāriṇaḥ.
50. tayoḥ eva svasā devī lakṣmīḥ padmagṛhā śubhā
tasyāḥ tu mānasāḥ putrāḥ turagāḥ vyomacāriṇaḥ
50. Lakṣmī, the auspicious goddess whose abode is the lotus, is indeed their sister. Her mind-born sons are the celestial, sky-roaming horses.
