महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-60, verse-48

और्वस्यासीत्पुत्रशतं जमदग्निपुरोगमम् ।
तेषां पुत्रसहस्राणि बभूवुर्भृगुविस्तरः ॥४८॥
48. aurvasyāsītputraśataṁ jamadagnipurogamam ,
teṣāṁ putrasahasrāṇi babhūvurbhṛguvistaraḥ.

48. Aurva had a hundred sons, with Jamadagni being the foremost among them. From these sons, thousands of descendants were born, thus extending the lineage of Bhṛgu.
