ऋचीकस्तस्य पुत्रस्तु जमदग्निस्ततोऽभवत् ।
जमदग्नेस्तु चत्वार आसन्पुत्रा महात्मनः ॥४६॥

46. ṛcīkastasya putrastu jamadagnistato'bhavat ,
jamadagnestu catvāra āsanputrā mahātmanaḥ.

46. ṛcīkaḥ tasya putraḥ tu jamadagniḥ tataḥ abhavat
jamadagneḥ tu catvāraḥ āsan putrāḥ mahātmanaḥ

46. Ṛcīka was his (Aurva's) son, and from him (Ṛcīka) Jamadagni was born. Indeed, the great-souled Jamadagni had four sons.
