संकल्पः परमो बन्धस्त्वसंकल्पो विमुक्तता ।
संकल्पं संविजित्यान्तर्यथेच्छसि तथा कुरु ॥ २४ ॥

24. Volitional thought (saṅkalpa) is the ultimate bondage, while the absence of such thought (asaṅkalpa) is liberation. Having completely conquered this intention (saṅkalpa) within yourself, act as you wish.
