श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
चेत्यानुपातरहितं सामान्येन च सर्वगम् ।
यच्चित्तत्त्वमनाख्येयं स आत्मा परमेश्वरः ॥ १२ ॥

Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: That principle of consciousness which is free from all objects of thought and their dissolution, which is universally all-pervading, and which is inexpressible – that is the Self (ātman) and the Supreme Lord.
