वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-11, verse-28

कृतज्ञः सत्यसंधश्च सुग्रीवः प्लवगाधिपः ।
रामं तथा गतं दृष्ट्वा ततस्त्यक्ष्यन्ति जीवितम् ॥२८॥
28. kṛtajñaḥ satyasaṃdhaśca sugrīvaḥ plavagādhipaḥ ,
rāmaṃ tathā gataṃ dṛṣṭvā tatastyakṣyanti jīvitam.

28. Sugriva, the grateful (kṛtajña) and truthful (satyasaṃdha) lord of the monkeys, upon seeing Rama thus departed, then many will abandon their lives.
