महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-49, verse-26

ततोऽसितः सुसंरब्धो व्यवसायी दृढव्रतः ।
अपश्यद्वै दिवं यान्तं जैगीषव्यं स देवलः ॥२६॥

26. tato'sitaḥ susaṁrabdho vyavasāyī dṛḍhavrataḥ ,
apaśyadvai divaṁ yāntaṁ jaigīṣavyaṁ sa devalaḥ.

26. Then that sage Devala, described as Asita, greatly agitated, resolute, and of firm resolve, certainly saw Jaigīṣavya ascending to the celestial realm.
