महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-15, verse-23

तस्य मेऽभ्यधिकं शस्त्रं सर्वोपकरणानि च ।
संयुञ्जन्तु रणे क्षिप्रं शास्त्रवद्रथयोजकाः ॥२३॥

23. For that purpose, let the charioteers quickly equip my chariot with superior weapons and all equipment, in battle, according to the treatises (śāstra).
