महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-15, verse-11

पीडयित्वा तु राजानं शरैराशीविषोपमैः ।
अभ्यधावत्पुनर्भीमं शरवर्षैरवाकिरत् ॥११॥
11. pīḍayitvā tu rājānaṁ śarairāśīviṣopamaiḥ ,
abhyadhāvatpunarbhīmaṁ śaravarṣairavākirat.

11. Having tormented the king with arrows resembling venomous snakes, he (Karṇa) again rushed towards Bhīma and covered him with a volley of arrows.
