महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-15, verse-20

साध्विमौ मातुलं युद्धे क्षत्रधर्मपुरस्कृतौ ।
मदर्थं प्रतियुध्येतां मानार्हौ सत्यसंगरौ ॥२०॥
20. sādhvimau mātulaṁ yuddhe kṣatradharmapuraskṛtau ,
madarthaṁ pratiyudhyetāṁ mānārhau satyasaṁgarau.

20. sādhu,
imau kṣatradharmapuraskṛtau mānārhau satyasaṅgarau,

20. Indeed, these two, upholding the warrior's (kṣatra) intrinsic nature (dharma), worthy of honor, and true to their pledges, should fight against their maternal uncle (Śalya) in battle for my sake.
