महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-145, verse-10

विकृष्य च धनुश्चित्रमाकर्णात्परवीरहा ।
द्रोणस्यान्तकरं घोरं व्यसृजत्सायकं ततः ॥१०॥
10. vikṛṣya ca dhanuścitramākarṇātparavīrahā ,
droṇasyāntakaraṁ ghoraṁ vyasṛjatsāyakaṁ tataḥ.

droṇasya antakaraṃ ghoraṃ vyasṛjat sāyakaṃ tataḥ
10. ca tataḥ paravīrahā (dhṛṣṭadyumnaḥ) citraṃ dhanuḥ ākarṇāt
vikṛṣya droṇasya antakaraṃ ghoraṃ sāyakaṃ vyasṛjat
10. And then, that slayer of enemy heroes (Dhristadyumna), having drawn his magnificent bow string up to his ear, released a dreadful arrow that would bring about Drona's end.
