महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-145, verse-42

स कर्णं दशभिर्विद्ध्वा वृषसेनं च सप्तभिः ।
सहस्तावापधनुषी तयोश्चिच्छेद सात्वतः ॥४२॥
42. sa karṇaṁ daśabhirviddhvā vṛṣasenaṁ ca saptabhiḥ ,
sahastāvāpadhanuṣī tayościccheda sātvataḥ.
