महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-193, verse-35

यस्माज्जानन्सुमन्दात्मा मामसौ नोपसर्पति ।
तस्मात्तस्मै महादण्डो धार्यः स्यादिति मे मतिः ॥३५॥
35. yasmājjānansumandātmā māmasau nopasarpati ,
tasmāttasmai mahādaṇḍo dhāryaḥ syāditi me matiḥ.
35. yasmāt jānan su-manda-ātmā mām asau na upasarpati
tasmāt tasmai mahā-daṇḍaḥ dhāryaḥ syāt iti me matiḥ
35. yasmāt su-manda-ātmā asau mām jānan na upasarpati
tasmāt tasmai mahā-daṇḍaḥ dhāryaḥ syāt iti me matiḥ
35. Because that dull-witted one, knowing who I am, does not approach me, therefore a severe punishment (daṇḍa) should be imposed upon him—this is my opinion.
