महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-170, verse-52

तदसह्यं कृतं कर्म देवैरपि दुरासदम् ।
दृष्ट्वा मां पूजयामास मातलिः शक्रसारथिः ॥५२॥
52. tadasahyaṁ kṛtaṁ karma devairapi durāsadam ,
dṛṣṭvā māṁ pūjayāmāsa mātaliḥ śakrasārathiḥ.
52. tat asahyam kṛtam karma devaiḥ api durāsadam
dṛṣṭvā mām pūjayāmāsa mātaliḥ śakrasārathiḥ
52. Having seen that unbearable act (karma), which was difficult for even the gods to accomplish, Matali, Indra's charioteer, worshipped me.
